Predicting Employee Intention to Stay: A Comparative Study of Multivariate Machine Learning Models and PLS-SEM

University of Wolverhampton Supervised by Prof. Dr. Tahir Mahmood

This research investigates employee retention in Vietnam's electronics manufacturing sector through a hybrid analytical framework combining Machine Learning algorithms with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).

The study analyzes data from 604 employees across 29 variables, examining relationships between organizational factors including Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction, and Work-Life Balance with employees' intention to stay.
